    Payment details - When we started our business in 1998 we were delivering wholefoods locally to a set of regular customers (regular in more ways than one !) so we did not find a need to take charge cards, plastic etc. Our first mail order customers seemed so nice on the phone we decided to trust them and send the goods asking that our customer send us a cheque when they got their goods.

    To this date all our customers have paid their bill, so we intent to continue with our policy of trusting people. We think that the sort of people who are going to buy from us will be honest and we all like to be trusted. Also we don't pay a hefty percentage of our turnover to a card company. So you can order from us in certain knowledge that we don't know your card details. We can of course take cards, but this we will undertake via the telephone.

  • Terms and Conditions - Obviously we will meet all our obligations under current consumer protection laws.

    We will supply a receipt for your order and in the unlikely event of a mistake in your invoice we will correct the mistake as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.

    To order from us complete the on-line order form and press the submit button, we also take orders by phone and mail. A full price list is available for ordering by post if you wish.

    If you wish to telephone please call 01455-556878, you can use this number for all enquiries and don't forget we are happy to look up the ingredients of any of the products we sell.

    You can cancel your order any time up to despatch. You can return your order or part of it with 7 working days of receipt, but we reserve the right to charge for postage and packing.

    The information we collect is just that which you supply and will only be used to allow us to complete your order except, we may from time-to-time send you a new price list. If you wish to be taken off our mail list please ask and we will do so within one working day and confirm that we have done so.

    We will not use cookies or any tracking technology to gain more information about you.

    Confirmation Within one working day we will confirm the price you will pay per item and any delivery charge. This confirmation will include an invoice number that uniquely identifies your order, together with details of how to cancel your order if you wish.

    Please remember we sometimes have items out of stock.

    Complaints If you have a complaint, we will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, advise you how long it will take to resolve your complaint and keep you informed about the progress of your complaint.
